📦 Turnaround & Processing Time
Items are made to order and posted as soon as they are ready. My current turnaround time is always stated on the website homepage at the time you place your order. In the rare event that your order might take a little longer than expected, I will reach out and let you know straight away!
🚚 Postal Services
To get your custom items to you safely, I use Royal Mail:

Standard Items: Sent via Royal Mail 24hr or Royal Mail 48hr.

Large Items: All posters larger than A3 and custom banners are safely rolled and shipped in sturdy postal tubes to prevent creases.

Heavy Parcels: Any orders weighing over 1kg will automatically be upgraded to Royal Mail 24hr (or Special Delivery where required)
How Shipping is Calculated: Because I offer so many different types of unique products, shipping fees are calculated based on your total order value rather than weight. Please note that all shipping costs include both postage and packaging materials.
⚡ Need It In a Rush?
If you need your items quicker than the turnaround time stated on the homepage, please email me before ordering! We can discuss adding a rush fee to your order.

💌 Missing or Damaged Items?
Your happiness is my priority. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or if anything arrives damaged, please email me straight away. I will do absolutely everything I can to sort it out and make it right for you!
