At Loonicorn, each custom piece is carefully crafted specifically for you.
Please review our policy below before placing your order.
(Once you have ordered and I have sent previews of your order, and you have
agreed to Loonicorn printing, it is no longer refundable)

Custom & Personalized Items

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable: Because custom made-to-order products are created to your exact specifications,
we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, nor can we offer refunds on these items.

Order Accuracy Please double-check all custom details, options, spelling, and measurements carefully prior to submitting your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your custom item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error made on our end, we want to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at loonicornuk@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or error.

We will review the issue promptly and arrange for a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
